Turn a crude-oil run ticket into a production record

A run ticket only says what the gauger saw; turning it into barrels takes a strapping table, a gravity correction and six precedence rules. This app reads the ticket, then works out every barrel in plain arithmetic anyone can check.

Why it matters

Today's manual process, and the same job with the app

A production accountant at a small crude-oil operator, closing out lease volumes from the day's run tickets.

✕Today's manual process

1Read the pumper's gauge sheet and match it to the lease the haul was scheduled against.
2Work the tank's strapping table manually to turn two gauges into barrels, gravity-corrected to 60 degrees.
3Check six holds in order seals, continuity, gauge range, BS&W, before signing off a status.
4One missed hold means oil moves on a ticket that should have been held.
Every ticket re-gauged by a person

✓With the app

1The ticket is read and matched to the lease dispatch already scheduled the haul against.
2The barrels are computed in plain arithmetic: the strapping table, the gravity correction and the factor, worked out in the open.
3Every hold is checked in the same fixed order, before a status is set.
4A held load stays held with the clause that decided it printed beside the record.
The app works out every barrel

Make it yours

What you see is a reference app. We shape it to how you work.

Every part of it is built to change, and none of it means starting over.

Your rulesYour own strapping tables, gravity tables, hold precedence and tolerances, exactly as your leases define them.
Your recordsYour own gauge sheets, dispatch logs and seal records, in the format your pumpers already use.
Your systemsConnects to your own dispatch and production accounting systems, wherever your tickets already land.
Your screensThe tank names, lease numbers and fields your production accounting team already works from.
